It is with great respect that we remember our founder and leader, Dr. J. Aaron Davis, ND, who passed away in August of 2024 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Dr. Davis was more than the visionary behind EveresT Men’s Health. He understood the importance of giving the body every possible advantage in achieving and maintaining a vibrant, healthy life. His belief in the power of proactive, personalized care laid the foundation for everything we do at EveresT Men’s Health.
With a background in naturopathic medicine and a deep commitment to men’s health, Dr. Davis dedicated his career to helping men optimize their energy, performance, and longevity.
Through clinical research, extensive experience in testosterone replacement therapy, and guidance on exercise, nutrition, and complementary therapies, he brought a holistic and compassionate approach to his work.
Dr. Davis’ legacy lives on in the team he built and the mission he instilled to help men stay active, strong, and engaged through every stage of life. His vision continues to guide EveresT Men’s Health today.
He will be forever missed and forever remembered as the heart of EveresT Men’s Health.

Jason Schmidthuber is a co-founder of EveresT Men's Health, bringing over two decades of experience and a deep passion for men's health optimization. As a highly experienced Physician Assistant, he has been instrumental in the development of TRT protocols used by several clinics, demonstrating his profound understanding of the field.
Jason's clinical background and expertise have been foundational to EveresT's patient-first model. He is dedicated to providing tailored hormone therapy options by understanding the subtle differences in each patient's needs. Jason and Aaron’s shared vision for EveresT Men’s Health has been to create a practice that prioritizes individualized patient care over a corporate, sales-driven model.

Dr. Tom Joles is the co-founder of EveresT Men’s Health and a dedicated family medicine physician with a deep focus on men’s health. As a U.S. Army veteran, he combines his military discipline with years of clinical expertise to provide personalized, patient-centered care.
Dr. Joles understands that men’s health can be complex. He takes the time to get to know each patient, guiding them through every aspect of their care with clarity and compassion. His patients trust him to address all their concerns and help them achieve optimal health.

Dan Komro brings over three decades of healthcare experience to his role as co-founder of EveresT Men’s Health.
After 22 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, Dan gained extensive experience in diverse medical settings. He later shifted his focus to men’s health, addressing the unique healthcare needs of adult men. Today, as Center Director in Woodbury, Dan leads a team dedicated to helping men achieve optimal wellness through personalized, evidence-based care.
