Ashley Wilson, PA-C

Physician Assistant | Center Director, Plymouth
For Ashley Wilson, the most important measure of success is whether her patients feel their lives are better because of the care they receive. She is passionate about adding value to the lives of the men she works with.
Ashley’s background in men’s health and functional medicine has given her a wide perspective on what patients need. She does not approach health as a checklist of concerns to manage. Instead, she looks at the whole person and how different aspects of a patient’s life connect to their overall well-being.
Ashley takes a personalized, integrative approach and partners with her patients to uncover what truly matters to them. From there, she helps them set meaningful goals and make changes that lead to lasting improvements in their health, confidence, and day-to-day life.
Ashley earned her undergraduate degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and completed her graduate studies at Bethel University.
Life Outside the Clinic

Movement is Ashley’s outlet and one of the ways she recharges her own energy. She enjoys weight training and Pilates, both as ways to stay active and as opportunities to challenge herself and stay strong and grounded. She also loves trying new things, like aerial yoga, which combines strength and playfulness in unexpected ways.
Ashley also treasures going on walks with her family, enjoying fresh air and meaningful conversations along the way. These moments remind her that wellness is really about feeling good enough to fully enjoy life’s everyday moments.
Ashley brings this same perspective to her role at EveresT Men’s Health: a mix of strength, encouragement, partnership, and genuine care.
