Physician Assistant | Center Director, Woodbury

Dan Komro brings more than three decades of experience as a dedicated physician assistant. After completing the Physician Assistant training program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Dan began his career with 22 years of service in the U.S. Air Force. During this time, Dan provided care in a wide range of medical settings, honing his expertise in treating patients with diverse and complex healthcare needs.

Following his military service, Dan spent more than seven years providing occupational medicine care at the Nevada National Security Site. He managed workplace health programs and ensured the safety and well-being of employees in high-risk environments.

Dan later shifted his focus to men’s health, addressing the unique healthcare needs of adult men. Today, he serves as the Center Director at Everest Men’s Health in Woodbury, where he leads a team dedicated to helping men achieve optimal wellness through personalized, evidence-based care.

He holds a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies and an Associate’s Degree in Pre-Physician Assistant Studies from Gulf Coast Community College.

Outside of work, Dan is an avid runner, cyclist, and weightlifter, and he enjoys traveling internationally to explore new cultures and perspectives.
