How much does it cost?

The EveresT Total Access Concierge Medicine membership program is $150/month and can be paid for using a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). There is a one-time enrollment fee of $250 which pays for the initial comprehensive medical evaluation and then the monthly fee of $150 is due on the same calendar day in subsequent months.

What does EveresT Total Access Concierge Medical include?

A complete an annual comprehensive medical exam including a detailed physical examination and expansive laboratory panel. We will provide an individualized treatment plan based on the findings of your exam.
Preventive health services including review and guidance on preventive health screenings.
Guidance on fitness and nutrition as well as education on vitamin therapies and other Nutraceuticals.
Ongoing access to use our InBody body composition testing to monitor weight loss progress or fitness gains.
Medical management of common medical conditions, like High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Weight Loss Management, Non-Insulin Dependent Diabetes, Heart Disease, Arthritis, Sexual Dysfunction
Prescription refills when they are needed.
Referral to medical specialists when needed. We do the work navigating through the healthcare system for your convenience.

Unlimited access to the EveresT team of medical providers for on-site care or remote consultations. We provide direct communication through phone and email to our team of medical providers with prompt responses to your health questions, concerns and medical needs.
A second opinion on outside lab results, imaging studies or other medical tests to review and discuss the results and determine the best course of action
You will receive a discounted rate on pharmaceutical grade vitamins and other nutraceuticals, as well as any lab tests with our laboratory.
Evaluation for Obstructive Sleep Apnea and guidance to device fitting if confirmed. ** A Home Sleep Test (HST) and interpretation incurs an additional fee.
Generalized Skin Examination and removal of minor lesions/biopsies of suspicious lesions with pathology review. ** Skin lesion removal and pathology review incurs an additional fee

While many seek us out for our expertise with testosterone replacement, hormone replacement is only one element within the larger whole. We take a highly individualized approach to medical treatment that is supported through developing strong relationships with every patient to allow us to better understand each patient’s unique health challenges.

We strive to be a convenient and trusted point of care and in almost all cases are able to accommodate our patients’ needs within 24 to 48 hours.

To streamline accessibility, you will be provided with channels to directly communicate with your team of medical providers so that we can provide a quick response to address your health questions and needs. In the majority of cases we will provide quick solutions or will help you to connect to medical specialists when the need arises. Our commitment is to be a trusted resource to you to provide quick responses for your needs and provide effective solutions to take away most of the headaches of navigating today’s health care system.
