Concierge Medicine Pricing
At EveresT Men’s Health, we keep our pricing simple and transparent so you know exactly what to expect. With our concierge medicine program, you know exactly what you are paying for.
- Monthly Membership: $150/month
- One-Time Enrollment Fee: $325 (Covers your initial comprehensive medical evaluation)
Your monthly membership fee is billed on the same calendar day each month and can be paid with a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for added convenience.
Our flat-rate model makes it easy to plan for your healthcare without worrying about hidden costs, surprise bills, or unpredictable copays. For many patients, it is also a more affordable option compared to their insurance, which often comes with additional deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses.

Our concierge medicine program is designed to cover all aspects of your health so you can feel confident and supported year-round. Membership includes a wide range of services that make it easier to stay on top of your wellness without added stress or confusion.
Here is what you will receive as part of your membership.
Care and treatment for chronic conditions, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, non-insulin-dependent diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, weight management challenges, and sexual dysfunction.
Assessment for obstructive sleep apnea and guidance on device fitting if needed. (Home Sleep Test and interpretation incur an additional fee).
General skin examinations, along with removal or biopsies of suspicious lesions when needed. (Pathology review and lesion removal incur an additional fee).
Concierge Medicine & TRT Membership
Our concierge medicine program is designed to provide year-round, personalized support for your overall health. It is a great fit for men who want ongoing medical care and guidance but do not require testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).
With a dedicated provider by your side, our concierge medicine membership helps you stay proactive and in control of your health and wellness.
For men who do need hormone optimization, our TRT Membership includes all the same benefits of concierge medicine, plus testosterone replacement therapy. This way, you receive both the ongoing medical support of our concierge care and the added focus on restoring and maintaining healthy testosterone levels.
